Episode 8 Diigo – Social Bookmarking & Annotation
Show Notes: Diigo is a Social Bookmarking service with similar capabilities to its more well known counterpart, Delicious. However, Diigo also has Social Annotation functions, which raises its status to one of the most useful tools for education; learning and research. This function allows discussions to take place in situ at the relevant point of the original material.
I’ve previously written about the educational implications of Social Bookmarking, but need to do some more work on the subject.
